Re: Тайцы с опорными истинами (Всего: 0) от на 06/10/2013
Как определяют КБ в мире:
INPO’s definition of Nuclear Safety
Culture from INPO 12-012
“Nuclear Safety Culture is defined as the core
values and behaviors resulting from a collective commitment by leaders and
individuals to emphasize safety over competing goals to ensure protection of
people and the environment.”
IAEA DEFINES safety culture as:
“ . .
. that assembly of characteristics and attitudes in organizations and
individuals which establishes that, as an overriding priority, nuclear plant
safety issues receive the attention warranted by their significance.”
The
NRC defined Safety Culture as:
“The Commission defines Nuclear Safety
Culture as the core values and behaviors resulting from a collective commitment
by leaders and individuals to emphasize safety over competing goals to ensure
protection of people and the environment.”
